Everything was great Food very good

We were visiting with 3 children. The ambience is very nice, the service is also OK. But: 1. We were not served properly, after the delivery of the food that was it. Would have liked to have had a drink 2. The portions are too small. All of our children fussed over our food after they had eaten their children's meal. After our meal we went to the pizzeria and got two large pizzas because we weren't full. And something like this has never happened to us in a restaurant 3. The gyros meat was dry and charred Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it

We went to eat there today, service very nice, starter was okay (grilled peppers) But the main course (grill plate) was not edible, the minced steak was either badly or badly seasoned tasted strange, the gyros was dry and burnt, the meat skewer was edible, the potato slices were far from crispy and oily, the tzatziki I've eaten better at Aldi , my husband had lamb with kritharaki .... lamb was totally dry .. Price performance for this food poor ... Once and never again.

Waited half an hour for food although only 6 guests. I think the portions are too small in relation to the price. Our food, especially the gyros, was only lukewarm. The baked feta wasn't hot either. Waiter was totally unmotivated

Just delicious! We like to eat here, the starter platter is great and reminds us of past holidays in Greece. In general, the food is better than the "classic" Greek and is not limited to pure meat platters. Thumbs up!

I was on Thursday 11.07. Eating at the Schönborner Hof in 2019 at 6 p.m. I had ordered a grill plate ... And I have to say that what I found on my plate was not only a laughably small portion but also old and warmed up. The meat is gray and soaked in oil, the potato slices are oily and lukewarm and only lukewarm. On my complaint the lady from the kitchen said to the friendly waitress then give her an ouzzo. And even that tasted like a cheap imitation booze. I don't even eat for free !!!!!

Really delicious! Wasn't our last visit.

Regrettable, what we have to read here. We are regulars in Schöbo and know the menu by heart. In principle, not only there, we express our criticism directly and constructively. Mostly there is nothing to criticize at all. We consider the price-performance ratio to be absolutely favorable. Unrivaled, considering that everything is freshly prepared here (we also know the suppliers). The quality is consistently very good and on individual requests, if the operation permits, gladly received. All in all, the restaurant is a pearl in the pearl of Rheinhessen (Heidesheim). We have no understanding for the negative reviews (2) given here and can only assign them to personal sensitivities.

We visited the Schönborner Hof in Heidesheim for the first time today. Delicious food, a relaxed atmosphere and a very nice host. Gladly again, we look forward to it

We are always happy to be there. The food is delicious, they serve great and we enjoy the 10 minute break when our kids eat the ice cream at the bar.

We are annoying here some reviews. We go there since opening every now and again and have always felt very comfortable. Food was delicious and fresh. There is nothing to complain about!
